Before starting Pinnacle Law Firm, I saw how the traditional estate planning model often failed families. Plans were treated like one-time documents, clients were billed by the hour, and many families were left without guidance after the paperwork was signed.
That became personal when my own family lost my grandmother’s home. She had done what she thought was right by paying for a will, but no one guided the family through the next steps. A missed step in the process caused her home to slip away.
